Our Process

Hello Inquiry

Thanks for your interests in LRF Photo. Would really appreciated if you could fill up the contact form on my website and we can get the convo going for real booking!

Let's Booking

Once confirmed a date & time, we will sign our contract, along with paying a retainer fee to secure the spot. A mini survey will send out to you as well to know more about your family and any details needed for our photo day.

Session Guide

A very important step to get us ready for our photo day. What to wear and what to expect will be explained in details. And you can always reach out to me for a phone call to go through anything needed.

Yay, it's Photo Day

I will meet you on time at our designate location for our time together. It will be a family experience and you will just be you. And I will be your family friend who advocate for seizing those beauty in life.

FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

Each session will have a guarantee of 50+ in the gallery.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

In the morning normally works best with the little one. They will be more awake in great mood. I would recommend book early morning for new born session or any time slot after they took a long nap.

Do you charge travel fee?

Yes, beyond default within 15 miles, it will charge $20 per additional 5 miles.

Any retainer fee?

Yes, a 50% deposit is due at the signing of the session contract. The other 50% is due on photo day.

How should we dress for our family session?

No pressure. Just be you. But once confirm I will follow up with session guide which include some ideas for coordinate the family outfits altogether and some Please-DON'Ts for outfits.

We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?

The goal of my session is to make it hassle-free. Feeling nervous in front of the camera is totally normal but don't worry, I will guide you through the session with prompts for you to follow and I will give you or the kiddos space when needed for a rest.

How long it will take to receive the final gallery?

A lots of behind-the-scene after the photo day. So in general you will receive your final gallery in about 2-3 weeks.
